KIMBERLY LANG RENTAL PROPERTIES is a small, family-owned, property managment company based in the Emerald Coast of the Panhandle of Florida, focusing on Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach and Okaloosa Island. Our customer service is second to none, making your vacation as stress free as possible. All the little things that bother us when we go on vacation are the things we make certain are taken care of for you.

We go the extra mile by providing extra linens, paper products ad cleaning products so you do not have to waste your vacation shopping for these items when you arrive.

Beach towels and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for your use. Also a game of stick and several board games for the kids are provided and a pack and play is available upon request.

Kimberly Lang, the owner of Kimberly Lang Rental Properties, lives in Destin so she is very close to all the condos if any problems should arise.

Our goal is for you to return home from your vacation rested and not exhausted from all the packing...so you can return again and again! Many of our families make this an annual trip...something that has grown to provide a lot of happy memories.
